Medical Billing
Expanding ophthalmology office seeks a Medical Billing Clerk. Previous ophthalmic experience a plus. Flexible, daytime hours. Excellent salary and benefits. E.O.E.

Physician Communication Coordinator
Coordinate communications and administrative activities with referring physician clientele. Responsibilities include writing and distributing physician newsletter, developing and implementing continuing medical education programs, maintaining referring physician data base, compiling reports on referring activity, managing billing processes and participating in a variety of marketing projects. The coordinator manages one full-time patient representative.

Patient Service Representatives
Opportunities for full- and part-time patient service representatives. These positions require exceptional phone manner to handle inbound and outbound calls. Schedule appointments, provide information and perform other related job duties as assigned. Excellent communication and computer skills required. Must be a team player with the ability to function in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Must be enthusiastic and dependable. Previous patient relations, customer relations, and/or medical experience a plus. Competitive salary, flexible schedules and benefits.

OR/PACU Nurses
Responsibilities include the pre-operative, peri-operative and post-operative nursing care of ambulatory ophthalmic patients. Previous OR/PACU or critical care experience is preferred. Full- and part-time positions are available.

Surgical Technicians
Full- and part-time positions are available for surgical technicians to assist surgeons during ophthalmic surgical procedures. Responsibilities include cleaning and sterilizing instruments. Previous OR experience is desirable.

Excimer Laser Operators
Responsibilities include daily operation and calibration of the excimer laser during refractive surgical procedures. Also, you will assist in monitoring the routine operation and maintenance of the laser and laser supplies. Ophthalmic technicians with b refractive backgrounds are preferred. Full time.
